Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Good Root Tech utilizes third-party shipping carriers to deliver orders. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on factors such as the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Shipping Address Accuracy

At this time, Good Root Tech primarily ships within the United States. Customers located outside the United States who are interested in placing an order are encouraged to contact us with their location. We will make reasonable efforts to explore available shipping options and provide a quote where feasible.

If international shipping arrangements are made, such orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, customers should contact Good Root Tech within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

If a shipment appears to be lost in transit, customers should notify us so that we may assist in contacting the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
