Return and Refund Policy

Return Shipping

Damaged or Defective Products

Refunds

Exchanges

At this time, Good Root Tech does not process direct product exchanges. Customers wishing to replace a product may return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.


Order Cancellations
